Inspiration

Changes

Wow...the last post was two years ago. That bad! OK so heres an update on my journey. I have been making small changes in my life and it has helped but I still have a long way to go. Each week I've been trying to do one positive change. So here is this weeks:


Write daily menu the night before
(and follow it...duh)

My last few weekly changes were:
• buying more vegetables and fruits when I go shopping (if they are in my house then I HAVE to cook eat them, I hate throwing away food)
• reading labels
• eating correct portions (still sort of working on this one)
• eat more yogurt
• take the stairs at work (i did really well for that week but i've gotten lazy again. So this one is still a challenge for me)

Wow!

Today we decided to get A&W for dinner. (yes I know! BAD!) However I had no idea it was this bad! After looking up the nutritional information on their website I am in shock (tho I don't know how I couldn't have known it would be this bad). I got two mama burgers because I didn't really care for fries. This is the cals and fat in two mama burgers:
Calories: 900 Fat: 46g

wow...thats alot. No more A&W for me!
