Rewards

I was looking around on FitSugar and I came across a neat idea. Rewarding yourself for each glass of water you drink! Basically set aside 8 (or however many glasses you need to drink) pieces of dried fruit or chocolates in a little bowl and everytime you drink a full glass of water reward yourself with a a morsel of chocolate or a piece of dried fruit, or nuts or whatever you like! I think I might try it. I have such a sweet tooth. I think I might try with Dark Chocolate Covered Cranberries and, when they are in season, Sugared Cranberries!
